Fay

Fay

Hi I’m Fay and I’m the lucky boss of WBRS!! Having spent most of my youth around horses, I took a break from the horsey world when I became a primary school teacher and then a Mother. When the opportunity arose in 2012 to combine my love of working with children with my love of horses I couldn’t resist and the rest, as they say, is history!! Here at WBRS, we believe we offer a unique experience by combining super friendly horses with highly qualified and motivated staff who deliver a service, which we believe to be, the Best in the West!!

Hamish

Hamish

Hi, I'm Hamish!

My pursuit of a career in veterinary medicine brought me here for work experience during my summer holiday in 2016, and it was so brilliant that I asked to stay!

I was later lucky enough to be offered a post as a part-time member of the Wembury Bay team! Being around the staff and horses has taught me a lot about equine physiology and general horse care. When I'm not at the yard I'm at Plymouth College studying for my A-Levels.

Whilst I would say that Minstrel is a firm favourite of mine, I should add that every horse and pony on the yard has character, and will definitely give you a memorable experience, should you get the chance to meet them!
